Terms & Conditions of Training
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday 5:30am – 8pm
Tuesday Closed
Saturday 7am – 8pm
Sunday 7am – 8pm
PRE-TRAINING SCREENING
For safety reasons, all clients are required to undertake a pre-exercise questionnaire and fitness assessment before undertaking any of our fitness programs. Should there be any areas of concern, clients will be asked to obtain a medical clearance prior to starting a program to ensure the safety of their health and wellbeing.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
All clients need to wear comfortable, light clothing and suitable footwear to run in. Bring their own towel and water bottle to each session. In hot weather make sure you apply sunscreen and wear a hat and in wet weather wear a loose wet weather jacket.
WEATHER
Sessions will generally go ahead rain, hail or shine. If the weather is bad and the trainer deems the conditions unsafe for the session to go ahead you will be notified, so please make sure we always have correct contact details on our records. If the session is cancelled due to bad weather, the session will be rescheduled to another time by your trainer or skipped for that week altogether.
PAYMENTS
All payments are to be made in advance. Payments should be made by direct debit agreement using credit card or bank account.
CANCELLATIONS
For personal training and buddy sessions you must give 24 hours notice of cancellation or Parkfit Gyms reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee equal to the price of the personal training or buddy session. If you do not cancel with 24 hours notice and do not arrive you will be charged the full fee for your session. To ensure you are on track with your training, please retain an attendance rate of 90%. You will be allowed 1 sick/cancellation days then the direct debits will keep coming out of your account until you advise Parkfit you wish to no longer train with us.
